Action Items
These are the action items Indivisible shared on the call.
1. Sign up for at least three phone banks. Calling voters in the districts that decide Congress works from anywhere, including your kitchen table here in Ojai. Sign up for a shift.
2. Sign up for Neighbor2Neighbor canvassing if it is available in your state. You get a short list of ten households near you, a script, and best practices, and Indivisible’s research says talking to your own neighbors is twice as effective as traditional canvassing. This short video shows how it works. Put in your address on the N2N page to see if it is running in your district.
3. Triple your impact by recruiting three friends (or more) to take action with you.
4. Fill out the survey. Tell Indivisible what else you are interested in doing this election season. Take the survey.
5. Check out the Battlegrounds 2026 Action Toolkit. There are opportunities to take action whether or not you live in one of the battleground states. Open the toolkit.
6. Sign up for the Election Defense Corps if you live in Alaska, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas. Sign up here.
