Today we talk with Hawaii State Senator Jarrett Keohokalole, lead author of a first-in-the-nation state campaign finance law — designed, passed, and enacted earlier this year — to constitutionally get money out of politics. He also happens to be challenging a corporate Democrat in a deep blue district in a primary next week.
