To UPS Executive Leadership,

I am writing as a concerned customer and member of the public to urge UPS to immediately end all business relationships with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and to publicly commit to not renewing its small package delivery contract set to expire in March 2026.

ICE’s record of human rights abuses—including family separation, prolonged detention, and violations of due process—has been extensively documented by journalists, courts, and human rights organizations. By continuing to provide logistical support to ICE, UPS is materially enabling harm that stands in direct contradiction to the company’s stated values around ethics, responsibility, and respect for human dignity.

UPS has long positioned itself as a global leader that understands its social impact. That leadership is incompatible with profiting from contracts that facilitate detention and deportation practices that devastate families and communities. Customers, workers, and investors are increasingly scrutinizing corporate complicity in government actions that cause preventable harm, and UPS’s continued association with ICE puts the company on the wrong side of history.

I urge UPS to:

  • Immediately terminate all existing business relationships with ICE where possible, and
  • Publicly commit to not renewing the small package delivery contract expiring in March 2026.

Taking this step would demonstrate that UPS is serious about aligning its business practices with its professed values and about exercising moral leadership when it matters most.

I will be watching closely for UPS’s response and actions on this issue, and I will factor them into my decisions as a customer going forward.

Sincerely,

[ Your Name ]
